Can i place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest.
When will my order be shipped?
If you place your order from Monday to Friday and before 5:00 pm, your order will be shipped on the same day. For orders placed after 5:00 pm, they will be shipped the following day and for orders placed during the weekend, we will ship them on Monday.
When and how can i use my tracking number?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our factory, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It might take a couple of hours for the carrier to active the tracking number in their website.
How can i exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges yet. If you want to order another product or size, you will need to return the current product and place a new order. As you know, all the shipping costs are on us.
How do i return an item?
We offer free returns for all our customers. Please send us an email to email@example.com. We will give you all the instructions.
When will i receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the product, we will process the refund within two days. When processing is complete and the refund has been issued, it may take up to 7 business days before the amount is in your account, depending on your bank or credit card.
How will i know my shoe size?
On each model page you will see a link to our Size Guide table, but if you have any questions, please contact us to receive advice on your right – firstname.lastname@example.org.
